Chronicler
First Appearance: The Powers that Be! #1
His name? "Tom. Peeping Tom." Say it in your best Sean Connery voice and it works better. But Peeping Tom isn't his name - it's his business! The Chronicler travels the spaceways logging and recording unique characters. He has the ability to travel into the past, as well, therefore never missing a beat or a juicy moment! He's harmless enough, for a peeping tom, and with his discovery of Buxom Blonde ... the rest of us need not worry about our privacy!

The Forge
First Appearance: The Powers that Be! #3
The poor man's "batcave". The Forge exists not-so-deep in the not-so-sub-basement area of Daniel's modest home. It is accessible via a secret shoot in front of the kitchen refrigerator once a hidden button on the ice maker is pressed. Inside the Forge are all of Diesel's armor pieces and computer systems, including Betty. And the best damn coffee-slash-cappuccino machine this side of Starbucks!

Jarvis
First Appearance: The Powers that Be! #1
Here's the deal: every superhero team has to have (1) a super incredibly rich person in the group, (2) cool digs to hang-out in and play foosball, (3) a capable and willing manservant, and (4) a bat pole. The Powers team has 3 out of 4, so that's not too bad (and Bullet really, really, wants a bat pole!) In Jarvis, the superteam gets its most capable and willing manservant. First and foremost the employee of Sybil (the incredibly rich person), Jarvis waits on the Powers team at their "cool digs" in the Forbish Building. He has an above average loyality to "the Mistress", Sybil, and its a mystery that the speeding Barefoot Bullet finds very intriguing.

President Duke Wayne
First Appearance: The Powers that Be! #3
A man who loves his horse and isn't ashamed to admit it, President non-elect (not revealed in Issue #3) Duke Wayne believes in wearing his hat to work. He's neither Democrate or Republican, conservative or liberial, pro or con. He's the Duke, damn it! And if you don't like it, you can ... um ... do something with the horse you rode in on.
